Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18 years or older.Confirmed diagnosis of locally recurrent rectal cancer after total or partial mesorectal resection for rectal cancer, either by:Histopathology, or;Clinically proven (evidence on imaging in combination with clinical findings) with consensus in MDTWHO performance status 0-3.Determined to be ineligible for curative-intent treatment strategies due to unresectable local disease, distant metastasis, frailty or patient preference.Written informed consent.
