All participants will use the T-GRIP hand exoskeleton during ADL at home for a period of four weeks.&nbsp

Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years of age or olderHand function problems resulting in difficulty with lateral pinch graspWeakness of thumb flexors (Medical Research Council muscle power =2)Normal passive range of motion of the thumbAbility to pronate/supinate the lower armAbility to position arm/hand in spaceSufficient cognitive status to understand instructions Living at homeAbility to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not able to read and speak DutchIncreased tone/ spasticity in the arm and handSevere contractures or joint deformities in the fingersOpen wounds and infected areas of the handRecent arm or hand surgery (< 6 months)
