The primary study parameter is the feasibility of just-in-time adaptive interventions (JITAIs). JITAIs are seen as feasible when participants complete more than 60% of interventions provided to them.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We will investigate acceptance, engagement and preliminary effectiveness of JITAIs. Preliminary effectiveness is determined by participants’ short-term improvements in affective outcomes and reductions in overall symptoms of anxiety and depression from the start of the study to the end.
