Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We aim to invite teenagers (gestational age < 30 weeks and/or birth weight < 1000 grams) born at Amsterdam UMC (then AMC) aged now 14.5-15.5 years and their parents who previously attended the standard 8-year neonatal follow-up in the years 2018, 2019 to March 2020 (up to covid-19 lockdown).
