Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active-duty military personnel or veteransAge 18 or olderNot currently receiving treatment for psychiatric or sleep-related complaintsExperiencing clinically relevant insomnia symptomsExperiencing clinically relevant psychiatric symptoms (anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD) 

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe psychiatric or medical conditions requiring urgent care(Psychiatric) disorders that may interfere with treatment Pregnancy, epilepsy, recent sleep therapy, shift work, or suspected sleep apneaHigh baseline sleep efficiency (>85%)Planned multiday military practice, training, or mission

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is insomnia severity, measured with the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI). ISI is assessed at baseline, twice during treatment, post-treatment, and at follow-up.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes include sleep quality, psychiatric symptom severity (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD), quality of life, adherence, and (neuro)physiological indicators such as resting-state EEG, heart rate variability (ECG), and pupillary light reflex.
