18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses) working in the Emergency Department (ED) with at least 1 year of work experience.?Depending on the study part (e.g., observations, interviews, or focus groups), participants may also include ED managers or experts by experience.?A representative, heterogeneous sample is sought regarding role and experience, drawn from the participating hospitals
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals with less than 1 year of work experience in the ED.?Individuals not employed at an Emergency Department, or not directly involved in acute (emergency) care practice.?Persons under 18 years of age, or who lack sufficient proficiency in Dutch for participation in assessed parts, such as interviews or focus groups
