Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults (>18).Primary DSM-5 diagnosis of OCD.Not currently using psychotropic medication, or on a stable dose for at least 12 weeks prior to randomization with no plans to change the dose during the course of the studyMinimum 3 months without OCD treatment.Access to a phone and a computer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Y-BOCS score <16 (subclinical or mild OCD).Comorbidity: Suffering from a current psychotic disorder, substance use disorder or mental retardation.No sufficient command of the Dutch language.Suicidal ideation or recent suicidal behavior.Toegang tot een smartphone en computer.
