Interventions

Data will be collected through a self-developed online questionnaire, by using the online survey tool LimeSurvey.

Eligibility

Age

18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Registered as a nurse. - Working in direct patient care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurse practitioners. As their roles more closely align with those of physicians than with nurses. Additionally, they tend to work more independently and less in team-based settings, which may lead to different experiences with and presentations of neurodivergence. Nursing students. Because their supervision, and available support structures differ from those of registered nurses. In addition, their relationships with colleagues and fellow students may also be of a different nature.
