Age
18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Admitted to the adult ICU for more than 24 hours;Admitted to the adult ICU for less than 24 hours but still received a pharmacist’s review and/or intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have filed an objection to the use of their data from the Electronic Patient Dossier for medical research purposes.
