Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Quantitative part: All certified ICU nurses, aged 18 years or older, who provide care to ECMO-supported patients, work at least 16 hours per week, and are employed at one of the Dutch ECMO centers will be eligible to participate.Qualitative part: All ICU physicians (intensivists) and perfusionists, aged 18 years or older, who are actively involved in daily ECMO care in collaboration with ICU nurses and work at least 16 hours per week, will be eligible for participation. General: Participants will be informed about the study objectives, the expected contribution, and the time commitment involved. Participation is entirely voluntary and without any form of personal gain or compensation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not being able to work in ICU (e.g., sickness absence, maternity leave) during the time period of the study period. Decline to participate in the study.No informed consent.
