Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main study parameter/endpoint: The percentage composition of IgG glycoforms in the biological fluids blood and nasal lining fluid.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpointsThe percentage composition of IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE glycoforms in the biological fluids blood and nasal lining fluid. The percentage composition of antibody glycoforms within various biological fluids (blood, stool, nasal lining fluids, urine, saliva and tears).Diurnal and weekly dynamics of antibody glycoforms within the various biological fluids. Comparison of antibody glycoforms between different handled samples.Explorative endpointsDetermination of secreted immune mediators (e.g. cytokines, antimicrobial defence molecules and metabolites) in various biological fluids and associate this with observed antibody glycoforms.Associate microbiota in stool, nasal lining fluids, and saliva with antibody glycoforms and secreted immune mediatorsAssociated viral load in stool, nasal lining fluids, and saliva with antibody glycoforms and secreted immune mediators.
