18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a subject must meet all of the following criteria: • Confirmed diagnosis of Huntington’s disease via CAG-repeat length analysis, stading from 40 repeats. Early manifest (HD-ISS stage II+; TFC <10) or premanifest (stage 0 and I; TFC 11-13). • Between 18 and 74 years of age • Dutch speaking For healthy Controls: between 18 and 74 yeras of age, Dutch-speaking. Furthermore, they have to be a 1 on 1 match with a participant with Huntington’s disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of serious psychiatrie disorders or other neurological comorbidities

MeasureTime frame
The aim of the study is to aid in assessment of SC in patients with HD by comparing the performance of patients with HD (premanifest and manifest) on the Hinting Task, to that of healthy Controls.
