Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T2DMLow SEP defined by a combination of collected data of educational level, income level and employment and post-hoc coding similar to the Maastricht study. We will not advertise openly to participants to recruit low SEP, because this could be considered as stigmatising.Be aged 18 years or olderSufficient command of Dutch to provide informed consent Possess a mobile device or tablet and can use the app on the mobile device

MeasureTime frame
The acceptance, usability, feasibility, and satisfaction related to the developed CBT lifestyle tool on the platform of Greenhabit B.V. will be assessed. In addition, the trial will give a first indication of effectiveness. Effectiveness will be defined by multiple parameters, including diet, physical activity, sleep, quality of life, anthropometrics, and glycemic control.
