Inclusion criteria: Population 1 (donors):Age > 18 years Potential alloSCT family donor for adult patient with AML or MDS (excluding MDS/MPN, UAL and MPAL).      Population 2 (recipients):Age > 18 years Patients with AML or MDS (excluding MDS/MPN, UAL and MPAL) planned for alloSCT

The primary endpoint of this pilot study is the correlation between donor immune status and recipient immune reconstitution	—

Secondary endpoints will be occurrence of infections, graft versus host disease (GvHD), relapse, overall survival, leukaemia-free survival and combined outcome of GvHD-free and leukaemia-free survival.	—
