Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Population 1 (donors):Age > 18 years Potential alloSCT family donor for adult patient with AML or MDS (excluding MDS/MPN, UAL and MPAL).      Population 2 (recipients):Age > 18 years Patients with AML or MDS (excluding MDS/MPN, UAL and MPAL) planned for alloSCT

Exclusion criteria: Unable to give informed consent

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint of this pilot study is the correlation between donor immune status and recipient immune reconstitution

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoints will be occurrence of infections, graft versus host disease (GvHD), relapse, overall survival, leukaemia-free survival and combined outcome of GvHD-free and leukaemia-free survival.
