Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a participant must meet all of the following criteria:Aged over 18<0.7 VOR (vestibulo-ocular -reflex) gains in vHIT (video head impulse test) for right and left sides lateral semicircular canalsWillingness to participation (participants should approve their attendance in informed consent form)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A potential participant who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:having more than 0.7 lateral semicircular canal VOR gains in at least one side (right or left)

Measure	Time frame
To assess the present knowledge of the bilateral vestibulopathy patients (BVP) towards treatment options (familiarity with the treatment options). With this aim we asked questions about if BVP patients received or heard the treatment options. If they received the treatment before, we aimed to understand how the treatment option(s) was effective  regarding lessening the symptoms.To understand that at what degree current treatment options are acceptable among BVP patients due to their risks. [Mean acceptance score is measured using a 0–10 Numeric Rating Scale with endpoint-only verbal anchors ]To understand how the symptoms are bothersome for BVP patients, with asking about the acceptance of temporary or chronic complications, a device usage behind the ear, deafness, and even death as a result of any treatment might be received. [The distribution of selected risk levels per risk options (0%, 10%, 25%,50%,75%, 100%)  ]To understand at what degree BVP patients accept the vestibular implant (VI) as a treatment option regarding its surgical risks with different success rates (50% and 100% chance for lessening their symptoms) and different conditions (having no hearing loss and already having hearing loss assumptions before the VI surgery)  [The distribution of selected risk levels per risk options (0%, 10%, 25%,50%,75%, 100%) in specifically vestibular implant]	—
