Personalized pain rehabilitation program, ‘Grip on endometriosis’, spanning a maximum of 4 months provided as an adjunct to usual care compared to usual care alone (control).

Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: premenopausal womanaged = 18 yearsUndergone surgery for endometriosis = 3 months agorecurrent or persistent endometriosis-related pain after that surgerydissatisfied with relief of endometriosis symptoms/complaints achieved by that surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-Dutch, non-English speaking

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome: change in endometriosis-specific health-related quality of life, specifically the domain of pain

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
health related quality of life, functional ability, endometriosis related pain, patients impression of change, stress-level, depression, healthcare and societal costs, budget impact, patient-centeredness of endometriosis care, recurrent intervention rate for endometriosis and sexual functioning.
