They will also complete short questionnaires via an app and on paper.

18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis RAAge 18 years or aboveHigh disease activity (DAS28-CRP>4.0)Indication for Triamcinolonacetonide injection (80mg/120 mg, intramusculair)Having a smartphone and willing to installate the Corsano and SEMA3 app
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current or recent treatment with corticosteroids <6 weeks agoContra-indication triamcinolon 80 mg/120 mgConcomitant musculoskeletal or autoimmune diseases other than RA Patients who work night shifts or have other reasons for being awake at nightCardiac implantable devicesComorbidities interfering with HRV parameters and ECG analysis
