16 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of undifferentiated arthritis (UA), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis (OA), spondyloarthritis (SpA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA) or juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).Undergoing a joint aspiration during routine care.16 years or older.Able to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Language barrier.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To investigate the differences in the ratio of synovial to peripheral immunological proteins among various arthritis subtypes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine a correlation between treatment and immunological protein abundance.To assess the differential responses of peripheral and synovial cells to stimulation within patients.To assess a correlation between disease activity and immunological protein abundance.
