Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Included were adults with severe PD pathology who did not respond to previous outpatient treatment, speaking the Dutch language, with an IQ > 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded were adults with comorbid problems such as acute psychotic disorders, acute suicidal behavior and aggressive behavior.

MeasureTime frame
From the validated Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS), the three items with the highest factor loadings on the scales (strategies, goal-directedness, and clarity of emotions) that, according to the literature, are indicative of healthy emotion regulation and psychopathology, and emotion regulation problems observed by social therapists. These items are score on a 5 point likert scale.

MeasureTime frame
The validated Self-expression and Emotion Regulation in Arts and Psychomotor Therapies Scale (SERAPTS), 9 items on a five point likert scale, on how the CAPTs are experienced as helpful to improve self expression and emotion regulation.
