Inclusion criteria: Patients with complex craniomaxillofacial traumaCT aquisition upon arrival or before surgeryVirtual surgical planning present and used during surgery for guidance(CB)CT acquisition intraoperatively or direct postoperatively for assessment of surgical accuracy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients <18 yearsMissing data or data of insufficient qualityDeviation of the standard treatment protocol
