Inclusion criteria: Being 18-30 years of age Being able to fill in the questionnaire independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A chronic liver disease Drugs/substances abuse Excesssive alcohol use

MeasureTime frame
The main study derminants of this study assessed through the questionnaire: * Demographics * Living area * Education * Profession * Medical history * Pregnancy * Travel history * Meat consumption * Shellfish consumption * Vegetable and fruit consumption * Animal contact * Laboratory testing: serology tests are performed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to identify anti-hepatitis E virus-immunoglobulin M (IgM) and immunoglobulin G (IgG). A PCR will be conducted to detect serum hepatitis E virus ribonucleic acid (RNA). An acute hepatitis E virus infection is defined as a positive result on eigher IgM antibodies or RNA.
