Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years or older Clinical diagnosis of OAB Persisting overactive bladder symptoms after first line treatment Positive response to initial course of PTNS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of anti-incontinence surgery Pregnancy Pacemaker or neurostimulator Neurogenic lower urinary tract symptoms Inability to fully understand study procedures Use of anticholinergic agents or selective *-3-adrenoceptor-agonist

MeasureTime frame
Micturition frequency after six weeks, three months and six months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes include symptom severity through OAB-q SF and cost effectiveness.
