Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18 years or older Clinical diagnosis of OAB Persisting overactive bladder symptoms after first line treatment Positive response to initial course of PTNS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of anti-incontinence surgery Pregnancy Pacemaker or neurostimulator Neurogenic lower urinary tract symptoms Inability to fully understand study procedures Use of anticholinergic agents or selective *-3-adrenoceptor-agonist
