Age
16 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years • pre-transplantation patients • Referred for clinically indicated thoracic and/or abdominal CT scan and DEXA scan; both to be performed with a maximum of four months (margin of +1month) in between.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not meeting inclusion criteria • (possible) pregnancy • Inability to provide informed consent

MeasureTime frame
The main study endpoint is to determine the accuracy (defined as the measurement of error of BMD) and the precision (defined as the coefficient of variation (in percentage)) of BMD measurement acquired with a single localizer radiograph obtained with a PCCT of the thoracic and or lumbar spine and pelvis with BMD values of a DEXA scan as the reference standard.
