Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Central sleep apnea (CMAI>25%) after a maxillomandibulare advacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who underwent other adjunctive procedures at the time of MMA or previous history of orthognathic surgery
