Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Insulin-deficient diabetes based on random C-peptide values 69 mmol/mol Hb) and/or impaired hypoglycaemia awareness and/or recurrent (severe) hypoglycaemic events during the past year and/or hospital admission for glycaemic dysregulation during the past year • Previous donor pancreas or islet transplantation • Plasma reactive antigens (PRA) > 90%

Exclusion criteria: • Unable to understand or provide written informed consent

MeasureTime frame
iPSC line characterized by the absece of residual episomal factors, the presence of indicators of an undifferentiated iPSC stage, and the ability to differentiate in all 3 germ cell lineages.
