Age
No minimum to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age 31 days up to 16 years  - presenting to the emergency department  - fever without apparent focus after clinical assesment and history or suspected pneumonia patient 

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The child and/or parents/caretakers are not able to consent to the study  Insufficiënt understanding of the Dutch or English language

2.         To gain insight in the parameters required for the sample size calculations in fever without apparent focus e.g.: prevalence of pneumonia, number of inclusions.3.         To assess the sensitivity and specificity of lung ultrasound for diagnosing pneumonia in suspected pneumonia patients
