Interventions

Donors for FUE will be recruited from patients undergoing hair transplantation. In the lab, full skin equivalents will be created from HF. Extracted HFs will be cultured as a whole on carrier material

Inclusion criteria: Undergo hair transplantation using follicular unitAge = 18 years oldInformed consent by the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: < 18 years oldfrizzy hair (the hair follicle of frizzy hair is coiled and will break during the harvesting procedure)
