Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Insufficience of the lesser or greater saphnenous vein 2. Duplex criteria match the criteria for endovenous treatment 3. Diameter of lesser/greater saphenous vein 3-12 mm 4. No thrombus in any part of the vein to be treated 5. Signed informed consent 6. Age >18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient is not able to give informed consent 2. Follow-up is not possible 3. There is no other treatment that is more appropriate than the LAFOS ablation 4. Pregnancy and lactation 5. Allergy or contra-indications for the sclerosans 6. Previous surgery for varicosis 7. History of deep venous thrombosis 8. Anticoagulans use
