Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: healthy human volunteers who are scheduled to have a BCG vaccination, 18 - 55 yr old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects should not come from a Mycobacterium tuberculosis endemic country and are not allowed to use any medication except oral anticonception drugs
