Interventions
During the visits, the participants are asked to fill out questionnaires about their:

?Demographics and medical history (only first visit), 
•?  
?Endometriosis complaints (Endometriosis Health Profile–30 (EHP-30), during both visits), 
?Pelvic floor function (Pelvic Floor Disability index-20 (PFDI-20), during both visits) 
?Effect of the treatment (Patient Global Impression of Improvement (PGI-I), only last visit). 
During the two study visits, pelvic floor muscle function will be measured by 4D transperineal ultrasonographic strain measurements, and electromyography (EMG) measurements

Age
18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Planned for hormonal endometriosis treatment, this includes both:Patients without previous hormonal treatmentPatients with previous hormonal treatment, but now change to different typeType of hormonal treatment will be loggedAble to read and understand Dutch languageSigned informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Under 18Active pelvic floor muscle therapy up to 6 months before study participationActive planned pelvic floor muscle therapy during study participationHistory of endometriosis surgery within the last 18 months or actively planned endometriosis surgery during study participation
