weekly 2 to 2.5 hour sessions, complemented with homework exercises.

Age
18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with breast or urologic cancer, 1 year, at least 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Severe psychiatric history or current psychiatric treatment (which prevents participation in the study) - A priori unable to be available for MBCT (e.g. planned vacation, work or care responsibilities)
