Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Getting treatment at outpatient clinic in the Netherlands - 15-18 years old (14 or 19 years in consultation with grouptherapists, depending on the existing group composition) - Shame and/or self-criticism play a significant role in their mental health problems as estimated by the coordinating practitioner - Score of 20 or higher on FSCRS Self-Criticizing scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Insufficient comprehension of the Dutch language - Disruptive behaviour in group settings - Excessive use of substances - Psychotics symptoms
