18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >18 years.Symptom onset < 12 hours.Admission to the emergency department of LUMC as a stroke code (i.e. suspected stroke by ambulance paramedics) during office hours. Admission head CT on the emergency departmentInformed consent by the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Eminent death(severe) claustrophobiaPacemaker; cochlear implant; implanted insulin pumpIntra-ocular metal foreign body/ .intracranial metal clip/ device on the admission CT. PregnancyAcute life threatening or disabling conditions requiring direct interventionStudy related procedures estimated to delay time to reperfusion treatment (intravenous thrombolysis or endovascular thrombectomy)ain.

Measure	Time frame
Accuracy of HLFM in acute stroke patients. Comparison of radiological findings between the HLFM device and conventional CT imaging as performed in routine clinical practise will be done. Feasibility outcomes will include time and measures to be undertaken to perform a scan on the HLFM , and patient reported satisfaction.	—
