Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria patients with inflammatory arthritis * Male and female patients with age >= 18 years * Patients that are diagnosed with RA (according to the revised 2010 ACR/EULAR Rheumatoid Arthritis Classification Criteria), PsA (according to the CASPAR criteria) or SPA by the rheumatologist. * Nonresponding mono- or oligoarthritis of MCP-hand joints, defined clinically or by imaging modality (ultrasound or MRI) * Indication for therapeutic synovectomy by NanoNeedle mini-arthroscopy because of arthritis of the MCP-hand joints, as established by rheumatologist and handsurgeon. Inclusion criteria patients with non-inflammatory indication for NanoNeedle arthroscopy * Male and female patients with age >= 18 years * Patients not known with inflammatory arthritis * Indication for therapeutic synovectomy by NanoNeedle mini-arthroscopy of the MCP-hand joints, as established by rheumatologist, hand or orthopedic surgeon.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: * No consent from the patient to fill out the VAS painscore and complete two questionnaires; under 10-15 min to complete. * Insufficient proficiency at Dutch language/ insufficient skills to understand Dutch language.
