Generation R Next is an observational cohort study focused on growth, development and health from the preconception phase onwards. A broad range of exposures, mediators, mechanisms and health-related outcomes is examined. A broad range of exposures, mediators, mechanisms, and health outcomes will be studied.

Inclusion criteria: Participation in Generation R Next Phase 1;Consent for participation in Generation R Next Phase 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Death of the child; Temporary or permanent withdrawal from participation in Generation R Next.
