Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged =18 years who work as pilotsWith suspected or confirmed cardiovascular diseaseWho have been referred to a cardiologist by primary care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who object to the collection of personal data for scientific research.

MeasureTime frame
[1] The primary endpoint is to map the complete medical profile, treatment pathway, and the impact on the aviation activities of pilots with (suspected) cardiovascular disease.

Secondary

[2] The secondary endpoint is to investigate the role of non-invasive and invasive diagnostics for this patient population.
