18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between 18-40 years old Right-handed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently pregnant A history of or 1st degree family members (parents, siblings, children) with epilepsy, convulsions or seizures Past brain surgery A pacemaker or intra-cardiac wires An implanted neurostimulator Cochlear implants Implanted medication infusion device Broken skin in the area to be contacted Multiple sclerosis Large ischaemic scars Increased intracranial pressure

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The main study parameters are motor evoked potentials elicited using TMS and H-reflexes elicited using peripheral nerve electrical stimulation. In study 8, we will examine the effect of paired associative stimulation on performance of simple motor tasks.
