Age
16 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age 16-25 - currently suffer from chronic pain (3 months or longer) - Have (reasonably) good cognition/language understanding and therefore able to answer questions in an interview that is in line with their communicative abilities - are treated advised for chronic pain either at CIR Eindhoven or ETZ Tilburg - capable of giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - major depressive disorder - insufficient cognitive/linguistic level - not capable of providing informed consent

A qualitative description of *what it is like to/what it means to* live with chronic pain as a young person (aged 16-25), and suggestions on how this chronic experience could be meaningfully captured in a narrative.
