Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: painful erections onset for 18 years of age Mentally competent and understanding of benefits and potential burden of the study Be able to sign written infromed consent read and understand Dutch

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known other malignant disease previous treatment for Peyronie's disease
