Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:  Admitted to pediatrie ward of one of the participating hospitalsAged 0 till 15One of the following (working) diagnoses at admission:AsthmaBronchiolitisBHR or viral wheezePneumonia  

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria:  Need for invasive ventilationPatient has ICD/pacemakerParents and/or patient cannot understand Dutchlnformed consent trom bath parents (if applicable) cannot be obtainedSkin where patch is positioned is damaged (e.g.. eczema)

The main study endpoint is the correlation between changes in diaphragmatic EMG parameters during hospitalisation and changes in treatment, i.e. step-up or step-down in treatment.	—
