Inclusion criteria: Patients with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Peak expiratory cough flow = 10 years or PECF
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Severe gastroesophageal reflux with risk of aspiration despite treatment - Severe esophageal and gastric varices - Recent pneumothorax (
