Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 18 years or older - diagnosis of peripheral arthritis - active (drug resistant) inflammation of at least a (therapy resistant) knee or ankle joint.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients unable to give informed consent
