Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Qualitative study: 1. Age eighteen years or older 2. Have a PD in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria Quantitative study: 1. Age sixteen years or older 2. Have a PD in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inadequate competence in the Dutch language.

| For the qualitative study: Patients* experiences with public and healthcare stigmatisation, internalisation of stigmatisation and patients* suggestions for improvement/interventions regarding stigmatisation. For the quantitative study: Patients* experiences with public and healthcare stigmatisation and internalisation of stigmatisation, using the following outcome measures: Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness (ISMI), Stigma Scale (SS), Participation Scale (PS) and Depression Stigma Scale (DSS; adjusted for PDs). Data will be collected on one occasion. 16-23 year old patients, experiences stigmatisation of parents, using the following outcome measures: Children Of Parents with Mental Illness - Stigma Questionnaire (COPMI-SQ). | — |
