Age
18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult offspring (18+) of the Jewish and Indonesian Post-war Generation of WO II, that (partly) attribute their psychological symptoms to the traumatic history of their parent(s); it is often unknown if the parent(s) fulfilled criteria for PTSD. 2. Client seeks help because of anxiety, mood or personality disorders that are attributed to the wartime past of their parent(s). 3. Client i) is on the waiting list for specific treatment of a anxiety or mood disorder, or ii) has residual symptoms despite a completed guideline treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychotic disorder 2. Severe depressive disorder 3. Severe alcohol or drug abuse 4. Autism spectrum disorder 5. Intellectual disabilities or illiteracy
