Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age >= 18 years - Written informed consent has been obtained from the patient - Using an antipsychotic - Scheduled for metabolic screening according to standard clinical care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Unable to draw samples for study purposes - Language barriers - Unable to give informed consent to all aspects of the study
