Interventions
All included patients will undergo a robot-assisted transcervical esophagectomy
with abdominal and low paraesophageal lymphadenectomy, gastric conduit
reconstruction and a cervical anastomosis. The

Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Histologically proven adenocarcinoma (AC) or squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the esophagus or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) • Unable to undergo a transthoracic approach
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Not able to undergo study treatment.
