18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OR group: > 18 years Structural heart disease / coronary artery disease Scheduled for elective cardiothoracic surgery or endovascular cardiac procedures ER / ICU / CCU group:  > 18 years Admitted with (ER), or presenting tachyarrhythmia (ICU / CCU) Outpatient clinic group: > 18 years Congenital heart disease / structural heart disease / coronary artery disease Atrial or ventricular ectopy/tachyarrhythmia

MeasureTime frame
The impact of (t-)LLVS on electrophysiological properties such as conduction block and endo-epicardial asynchrony.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The effect of (t-)LLVS on incidence and burden of early post-operative AF. To elucidate the correlation between proteostasis marker levels in serum and atrial tissue, and the influence of CANS. To examine the difference between auricular t-LLVS and cervical t-LLVS on atrial electrophysiology. The effect of t-LLVS on termination of tachyarrhythmia The effect of t-LLVS on heart rhythm variability and atrial and ventricular ectopy/tachyarrhythmia in patients with congenital heart disease.
