Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary diagnosis of depressive disorder or anxiety disorder according to DSM-5 criteria; 2. Enrolling for CBT; 3. Aged 13-19 years; 4. At least moderately proficient in Dutch; 5. Regular access to a computer, tablet or mobile phone with internet connection; 6. MeasureTime frame
Depressive and anxiety symptoms will be measured with the Dutch version of the Revised Children Anxiety and Depression Scale - Short version (RCADS25). Patients will fill in this questionnaire at T0, T1, T2, and T3. The primary endpoint for patients is the level of depressive and anxiety symptoms (continuous variable) at T2.
