Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age of 18 years and older patients having colitis ulcerosa according to Truelove and Witts criteria ability to read and understand informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 jears. Unable to read and understand informed consent Having a eGFR of less dan 15 mL/min/1.73 m2 patients having diarrhea
