18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • age minimally 18 and legally able to give informed consent • both sexes allowed For patients: • patient of Amsterdam University Medical Centre, location VUmc, with high suspicion of de novo brain tumor or recurrent brain tumor patient receives clinically indicated MRI • no other concurrent brain pathology at the time of diagnosis For healthy volunteers: • no history of significant brain pathology
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Not fitting the inclusion criteria • Contraindication for MRI • Dependent relationship to PI (family, PhD student, etc.) Pregnant or breast-feeding
